Vegetables
  • 4 pcs potatoes medium-sized
  • 3 pcs carrots large
  • 1 head broccoli fresh

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken and beef with salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Roast meats in the oven for 60 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, peel and chop potatoes and carrots; steam broccoli.
  5. Serve meats with roasted vegetables and steamed broccoli.
