  • 2 pieces chicken breasts skin-on preferred
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb salmon fillets
Vegetables
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 bell peppers bell peppers various colors
  • 1 bunch asparagus
Pantry & Seasonings
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon lemon
  • salt and pepper salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup grape juice + vinegar
  • fresh parsley fresh parsley
  • red pepper flakes red pepper flakes optional
Pasta & Grains
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
Dairy & Cheese
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Additional Ingredients
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 lb mozzarella
  • toppings of choice toppings e.g., vegetables, meats

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast potatoes, chicken, and vegetables with seasonings for 25-30 mins. Cook pasta and shrimp separately. Sauté garlic, add shrimp, then wine, and combine with pasta and herbs. Serve with fresh parsley and lemon.
