  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
Seafood
  • 4 fillets (about 6 oz each) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine beef, vegetables, and seasonings in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
  3. Prepare pasta or rice and set aside.
  4. Stir in cream, cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes into the pasta, then serve with the beef stew.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
