Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand - the secret ingredient!

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine olive oil, spices, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add chicken thighs and toss to coat.
  4. Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15 minutes.
  6. Flip and air fry for another 5-7 minutes, or until 165°F (74°C).
  7. Brush with BBQ sauce.
  8. Air fry for 2-3 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  9. Let rest before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels before seasoning.
