Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1.5 lbs
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry and rub with garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Mix Parmesan and panko in a bowl, then coat each chicken piece.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Arrange chicken in a single layer, spray with olive oil, and cook for 12-15 minutes.
