  • 1 whole whole chicken (about 3-4 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry and mix olive oil with seasonings.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken.
  4. Place the chicken breast-side down in the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
