Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Pat the chicken dry and mix olive oil with seasonings.

- Place the chicken breast-side down in the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
