Ingredients
  

Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
Cucumber
  • 1 medium cucumber about 150 grams, peeled and sliced
Celery Stalk
  • 1 stalk celery stalk about 70 grams, chopped
Green Apple
  • 1 piece green apple cored and chopped, about 180g
Lemon
  • 1 piece lemon peeled and segmented
Ginger
  • 1 inch ginger about 10 grams, peeled
Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder about 5 grams
Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 5-10 leaves fresh basil leaves
Coconut Water
  • 1 cup coconut water or regular water, about 240ml

Method
