Ingredients

  • 1 lb pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup cups mayonnaise preferably spicy mayo
  • 1 tbsp tablespoons sriracha sauce adjust to taste
Vegetables
  • 1 cup cups chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cups chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup cups shredded carrots
Additional
  • 2 cups cups cooked rice

Method
 

  1. Cook the chicken strips until golden and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha to make spicy sauce.
  3. Assemble bowls with rice, cooked chicken, lettuce, cucumber, and carrots.
  4. Drizzle with spicy mayo and serve immediately.
