Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup bbq sauce
Wraps
  • 4 large large tortillas
Vegetables
  • 2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Additional toppings
  • as needed avocado slices
  • as needed cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook the chicken in a skillet until no longer pink, then stir in BBQ sauce and simmer briefly.
  2. Mix shredded cabbage and carrots with mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper to make coleslaw.
  3. Spread chicken and coleslaw on tortillas, add toppings, fold, and roll to assemble wraps.

Notes

Feel free to add extra hot sauce or cilantro for more flavor.
