  • 4 cups diced potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 lb smoked sausage sliced

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes and sausage with garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  3. Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and drizzle ranch dressing on top.
  4. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with extra ranch or herbs if desired.
