Method
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in broccoli and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch; pour into skillet and cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
