- Whisk lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate steak 30 min to 4 hrs, then grill 4-5 min per side. Rest and slice thinly. Assemble bowls with rice, beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado, onion, steak, and feta. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
