  • 1 pound steak (top sirloin or ribeye) cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 recipe cowboy butter divided

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for 1½-2 minutes per side.
  2. Add half of cowboy butter to the pan, toss to coat, and cook for 1 minute until glazed.
  3. Melt remaining cowboy butter separately and serve on the side.
