Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 0.5 pound ground beef (85/15)
  • 1 cup corn
  • 2/3 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded and divided)
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled beef
  • 32 ounces tater tots

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook beef in a skillet until browned.
  3. Mix beef, corn, soup, 1/2 cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and pepper.
  4. Layer beef mixture, cheese, and tater tots in a 9x13 pan; bake 40-45 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake 5 more minutes.

Notes

For a crispier topping, broil for an additional 2 minutes.
