Ingredients
  

Liquid
  • 1 cup pure cranberry juice (unsweetened) keeping it real
  • 2 cups water (or coconut water) for extra hydration
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar trust me, it works
  • Juice of ½ a lemon lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup optional, adds balance
  • A pinch sea salt helps with hydration
  • Ice cubes ice because cold drinks = happiness
  • Fresh mint or a few frozen cranberries garnish optional, but fancy

Method
 

  1. Pour cranberry juice, water, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice into a glass or jar.
  2. Stir in honey or maple syrup if desired.
  3. Add ice and garnish with cranberries or mint leaves.
  4. Shake or stir well to blend everything.
