  • 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 2 packages frozen broccoli florets thawed and drained (10 ounce)
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.75 ounce)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for topping)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine chicken, broccoli, soup, yogurt, cheddar, Parmesan, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. If using, combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over casserole.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
  8. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lower-sodium option, use low-sodium cream of mushroom soup.
