Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine chicken, broccoli, soup, yogurt, cheddar, Parmesan, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- If using, combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lower-sodium option, use low-sodium cream of mushroom soup.
