carrots

celery

chicken broth
  • 4 cups chicken broth
gnocchi
  • 1 pound gnocchi
heavy cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
thyme

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
