  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli florets and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
