Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
