Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Stuff lemon into chicken cavity, season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder. Add rosemary and garlic around chicken, place butter slices on top, pour broth, cover, and roast for 45 minutes.
- Chop herbs and halve potatoes. Add cream, herbs, and potatoes to the pot, then roast uncovered for another 45 minutes.
- Remove rosemary, chop parsley, and serve garnished with parsley.
Notes
Ensure chicken is fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
