Method
- Cook sausage in a large pot until browned.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until translucent.
- Pour in broth and tomatoes; bring to a boil.
- Add tortellini; cook as per package instructions.
- Stir in spinach and cream; cook until spinach wilts.
- Season with salt and pepper; serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
