Method
- Place chicken in crockpot and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth or water over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
- Shred chicken with forks, then return to crockpot to soak up juices.
- Serve in tacos, wraps, salads, or on its own.
