Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth or water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in crockpot and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour chicken broth or water over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
  4. Shred chicken with forks, then return to crockpot to soak up juices.
  5. Serve in tacos, wraps, salads, or on its own.
