Method
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and any other desired seasonings.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is easily shredded with a fork.
- Remove chicken from crockpot and shred with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the crockpot and mix with the remaining juices.
- Serve as desired (e.g., in tacos, sandwiches, salads).

For extra flavor, try browning the chicken breasts in a skillet before adding them to the crockpot.
