Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 1 pound beef stew meat
Broth
  • 4 cups beef broth
Vegetables
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 unit onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
Seasonings
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Add beef and all ingredients to the crockpot.
  2. Stir to combine, then cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Serve hot once beef is tender and vegetables are cooked.
