Method
- Place chicken breasts in crock pot with broth, water, vegetables, garlic, herbs, and seasonings.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, then shred the chicken.
- Return shredded chicken to the pot, add noodles and peas, and cook for 30 minutes until tender.
- Remove bay leaf before serving and enjoy your comforting soup!
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
