Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, no sugar added
  • 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste, no sugar added
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed (optional for strict keto) optional

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  2. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  3. Combine all ingredients in the crock pot and stir well.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Stir, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.
