Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar sugar-free marinara sauce
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix ground beef, Parmesan, almond flour, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place in crockpot.
  3. Pour marinara sauce over meatballs and cover.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

Using fresh basil adds a nice flavor; adjust cooking time based on your crockpot.
