Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
Vegetables
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
Dairy & Cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Other
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté garlic and spinach in olive oil until wilted, then mix with mozzarella.
  4. Stuff the spinach mixture into each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Place stuffed chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until cooked through.

For extra flavor, add herbs like basil or oregano before baking.
