Easy Homemade Lasagna Recipe with Ricotta Cheese

Ingredients
  

Noodles
  • 9 pieces lasagna noodles
Cheese
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Sauces
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for greasing the pan Olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook noodles until al dente, drain.
  2. Mix ricotta, egg, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Spread sauce in baking dish.
  3. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and sauce. Repeat layers.
  4. Finish with noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Cover and bake 25 mins.
  5. Remove foil, bake 15 mins until bubbly. Cool 10 mins before serving.

Notes

You can add cooked ground beef or vegetables for variation.
