Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook noodles until al dente, drain.
- Mix ricotta, egg, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Spread sauce in baking dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and sauce. Repeat layers.
- Finish with noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Cover and bake 25 mins.
- Remove foil, bake 15 mins until bubbly. Cool 10 mins before serving.
Notes
You can add cooked ground beef or vegetables for variation.
