Method
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in slow cooker and pour sauce over.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Remove chicken, optionally thicken sauce by simmering on stove.
- Serve chicken with sauce, garnished with green onions if desired.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, simmer it on the stove until reduced to your liking.
