Parfait Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener (erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit) optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl or glass, layer half of the Greek yogurt.
  2. Top with half of the berries, nuts, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.
  3. Add the remaining Greek yogurt.
  4. Top with the remaining berries, nuts, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.
  5. If desired, sprinkle with sweetener.
  6. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of sweetener to your liking. You can also add a dash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
