Method
- Sauté potatoes in 1 tbsp butter and olive oil until golden and fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same pan, sear steak bites in 1 tbsp butter for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the pan, cook for 1 minute, then return steak and potatoes. Toss with garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the steak rest for a few minutes before serving.
