- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve 1/2 cup water.
- Pat steak dry, season with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot skillet with olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side. Rest for 5 minutes.
- Melt butter in the same pan, add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan, toss with garlic butter, adding reserved water to loosen sauce.
- Slice rested steak thinly, serve over pasta, garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
Notes
Use high-quality steak for best flavor. Adjust spice level with red pepper flakes.
