Ingredients
  

Smoothie Ingredients
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it's too thin, add more ice.
  4. Taste and add more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a creamier smoothie, use frozen fruit instead of fresh. You can also add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost!
