Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it's too thin, add more ice.
- Taste and add more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Notes
For a creamier smoothie, use frozen fruit instead of fresh. You can also add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost!
