  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat or non-fat
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate 70% cacao or higher, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Pinch salt
  • Fresh berries or chocolate shavings Optional: for topping

Method
 

  1. Melt the chocolate: Melt chopped chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  2. Combine ingredients: Let the melted chocolate cool slightly.
  3. Whisk together Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the cooled melted chocolate into the yogurt mixture until well combined.
  5. Divide into serving dishes: Spoon the mousse into individual serving glasses or bowls.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the mousse to set.
  7. Serve: Garnish with fresh berries or chocolate shavings, if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Adjust the amount of honey or maple syrup to your desired sweetness.
