Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite side.
