Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and honey (if using) to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a rope and connect the ends to form a bagel shape.
- Place bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Optional: Brush with egg wash or milk and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter bagel, add a bit more honey or maple syrup. You can also experiment with different types of protein powder.
