  • 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt high protein, low sugar
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 0.5 Cup Fresh Strawberries, Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Dark Chocolate Chunks
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey optional

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt and protein powder until smooth.
  2. Top with strawberries, chocolate, walnuts, and chia seeds.
  3. Drizzle with honey.
  4. Enjoy immediately or chill for 5-10 minutes.

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use frozen berries.
