  • 1 lb ground beef 80% lean
Condiments & Sauces
  • 1/4 cup special sauce or Thousand Island dressing
Vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  3. Spread special sauce on each tortilla, then layer with cooked beef, lettuce, onions, and cheese.
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
