  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the sauce over cooked chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes until glazed.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
