Method
- Add potatoes, onion, garlic, broth, salt, pepper, and paprika to the Instant Pot.
- Seal lid and cook on 'Manual' high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick release pressure, then stir in milk and butter.
- Blend with an immersion blender or mash to desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, then serve topped with optional toppings.
Notes
For a creamier soup, use heavy cream instead of milk.
