  • 0.5 cup freshly squeezed orange juice from 1 big orange
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1.5 cup fresh chopped pineapple
  • 0.5 big cucumber
  • 1 handful parsley remove bigger stems
  • 1 lime lime for squeezing

Method
 

  1. Peel and chop pineapple, celery, and cucumber; remove large stems from parsley.
  2. Squeeze lime and orange juice.
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled.
