Vegetables
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup cucumber (peeled, chopped)
  • 1 green apple (cored and chopped) green apple
Fruits
  • ½ banana banana
Seeds & Liquids
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup cold water
  • Juice of ½ lemon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed.
  3. Serve immediately!
