  • 1 piece lemon, sliced and seeds removed
  • 0.5 large cucumber, sliced

Method
 

  1. Slice the lemon, cucumber, and ginger. Remove lemon seeds.
  2. Add all ingredients to a pitcher of cold water.
  3. Gently mash solids to release flavor.
  4. Refrigerate for 1–3 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve chilled, strain if desired, with or without ice.
