Smoothie Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 0.5 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 0.25 cup water optional, for desired consistency
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use more frozen mango or less liquid.
