Method
- Soak wakame in warm water for 10 minutes until expanded.
- Bring broth to a simmer in a pot over medium heat.
- Mix miso paste with hot broth until smooth, then add back to the pot.
- Add tofu and soaked wakame; warm for 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Use low-sodium miso for a healthier option.
