Ingredients
  

Meat Mixture
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 cup minced onions
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 0.5 cup pepperoncini peppers (sliced)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

Method
 

  1. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and minced onions. Form into 1.5-inch meatballs.
  2. Spray slow cooker and add a thin layer of sauce. Place meatballs inside.
  3. Mix ranch seasoning, pepperoncini, butter, Worcestershire, and mushroom soup. Pour over meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. Rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for healthier options.
