- Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and cook chicken strips until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then add cooked noodles and remaining butter. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs or grated Parmesan before serving.
