Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips

  • 8 oz fettuccine or egg noodles about 225 grams

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
Vegetables & Aromatics
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
Seasonings

Method
 

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and cook chicken strips until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then add cooked noodles and remaining butter. Toss to combine and heat through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs or grated Parmesan before serving.
