Method
 

  1. Prepare peaches: peel and chop fresh peaches, or thaw frozen peaches slightly.
  2. Blend base: combine peaches, Greek yogurt, and milk in a blender. Add honey and vanilla extract.
  3. Add texture: Toss in chia seeds and ice cubes if desired.
  4. Pulse and blend: Blend until smooth, about 45-60 seconds, scraping sides.
  5. Assess thickness: Add ice for thinner, milk for thicker, and blend.
  6. Pour and garnish: Pour into glasses and garnish with cinnamon or peach slice.

Notes

For a sweeter smoothie, add more honey or maple syrup. Adjust the amount of ice to achieve your desired consistency.
