Ingredients
  

Bagel Ingredients
  • 100 g Magerquark low-fat quark
  • 50 g Proteinpulver Vanille oder neutral
  • 25 g Mandelmehl almond flour
  • 1 Ei egg
  • 0.5 TL Backpulver baking powder
  • Salz, Pfeffer nach Geschmack
  • Sesam oder andere Samen zum Bestreuen

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
  2. Mix quark, protein powder, almond flour, egg, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form the dough into 2 bagels (wet hands slightly to prevent sticking).
  4. Sprinkle the bagels with sesame seeds or other seeds.
  5. Bake the bagels on a baking sheet with parchment paper for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let the bagels cool slightly and enjoy.

Notes

For a sweeter bagel, add a sugar substitute to the dough.
