Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt Greek or regular
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced (optional)

Method
 

  1. Combine cucumber, yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic (if using) in a bowl.
  2. Stir well to distribute ingredients evenly.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

Notes

For a creamier salad, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Add a pinch of sugar for a touch of sweetness.
